Magnesium processing is sensitive to melt protection, metal flow, oxidation and environmental exposure. Weak control of wall transitions, bosses, inserts and finishing can lead to distortion, porosity, local overload or premature corrosion.

We develop the process around the component’s functional loads, target mass, operating temperature and environmental exposure. Alloy selection, wall transitions, ribs, bosses and fastening points are reviewed before tooling. Controlled alloy handling, melt protection and filling are followed by machining and the specified conversion coating or paint system. Material batches, dimensions and protective finishing are documented for production.
