We review drawings and 3D models for casting feasibility, then match the alloy and process route to the part’s volume, wall thickness, mechanical requirements and leak-performance target. Tooling, gating and process windows are developed around critical-to-quality features. Casting is supported by downstream machining, dimensional inspection and agreed X-ray, CT or leak testing where required.
