This expansion directly addresses the surging global demand from the electric and hybrid vehicle sector, where lightweighting and thermal management are critical. The new cell, featuring robotic integration and real-time process monitoring, increases the company’s annual aluminum casting output by 40% and enhances its ability to produce large-scale, structural components like battery tray assemblies and electric motor housings with superior consistency.

The expansion also includes the installation of an additional 3D scanning station for first-article inspection, ensuring that every complex geometry meets exact digital specifications before volume production begins.
